We began class by working on a vocabulary activity inn preparation of our unit 1-3 vocabulary test on Monday, October 4th.
After going over the vocabulary exercise, we discussed the essential questions for our study of The Miracle Worker, read a picture book about Helen Keller, and reviewed the characters and the conflicts to expect when we begin viewing the video.
HW: Study cards. Friday is the final day to get credit for vocabulary study cards. Cards include definition, synonyms, antonyms, and a picture that reflects the definition.
